We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR team at our office in Helsinki!

You will be reporting to the HR Business Partner (FIN) as part of the global Naveo HR team. The team provides the full range of HR and Corporate/Admin services across our UK and FIN offices.

We would need your help with:
- Headhunting
- Coordinating interviews and facilitating interviews
- Assisting with administration of benefits and equipment
- Assisting with payroll and invoicing
- Assisting with other general office administration
- You would also take part in many interesting projects relating to employee wellbeing, onboarding, employer branding etc.
Essential skills required for the role:
- Good communication skills in Finnish and in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good organising skills
- Interest in software companies
- Willingness to develop the role further as the company grows
