Our Technical Support Specialists work to support our headless eCommerce solution.
We are looking for a results-driven individual to help with our customer support efforts with product development and customer projects.

Your responsibilities include:
- Exercise good customer support practices to help our team deliver the best possible service
- Actively participate in developing our practices as a valued member of our customer support team
- Understanding our customers issues from their perspective and communicating them internally
- You will also gain extensive knowledge of our systems and ways of solving customers problems
You could be what we are looking for if:
- You have good understanding of IT/tech
- You are able to work and think independently and come up with creative solutions
- You want to work as a part of a team, and you are able to learn quickly
- You have some experience, or you want to learn on service desk support
- You are fluent in English and Finnish
